Currently all orders are shipped within 3 weeks as our order volume increases during the warmer months when everyone starts hanging their Americana decor.
Once your item is completed you should receive it in just 2-3 business days. We would love for you to all take videos of your reaction when you open your item. That's our favorite part and we so enjoy getting the chance to be a part of your lives in some small way.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in a case by case basis. However we do make every effort to make sure you are happy with your piece and it's incredibly important to us that you are left with the desire to continue to shop at Carolina Wood Company.
